Happily satisfied. This place is great! Four stars because they're better than many. Decent plate for the dollar. It's decorated very fun and festive. I admire a restaurant that keeps so clean! The music was at a perfect level and the service was excellent. If you're wondering about trying this place, they get a strong thumbs up from us!

Absolutely love this restaurant! The servers are always so kind and gentle, they don't come and bug you while your eating, the food was fantastic (had the fajita's) and it came quickly even though it looked like a busier night.Always a family favorite!

Always friendly and good food.

Super expensive, raw tortillas not even thrown on the grill. Cheap, tough asada. They do include chips and salsa but that doesn't even come close to making up for the price and quality of food.

The food was good enough, but the waiter refilled our drinks before we had even finished them and then double charged us for it... I found that pretty immoral. Probably won't be going back because of it.

Great place ( Great People )

My husband and I have been going to this restaurant for over 6 years! We met in college and unfortunately life took us a few hours away, but we still make special trips to this amazing place. Every single person there is welcoming and the owner literally always remembers us and asks about our kids if they aren't with us. Oh, and we love the food too. Really REALLY good food!

Ate here 3 days in a row while in town for work. Delicious. I had the enchiladas one chicken one beef. Both were great. Comfortable seating. Nice staff

Superb service, very friendly staff, and solid Mexican food. They even have a complementary dessert at the end of the meal. It was a cinnamon tortilla chip with fruit sherbert ice cream and whipped cream on top.

Good food friendly staff

A reliable option and one of the better Mexican restaurants in town. The straightforward menu will appeal to anyone used to mainstream Mexican cuisine. Generous portions and a complementary (but small) dessert make for a pleasant experience. Those used to more traditional or regional Mexican cuisine may be underwhelmed (but probably not disappointed). Very clean inside and ample parking outside. Staff is friendly and attentive.

Recently we ate here for the first time since moving to Monmouth. We were blown away by the service and equally superb food! The chips were warm. The salsa was great. The Mexican dishes were authentic and great portion sizes. Our waiter in particular was very attentive and personable. He remembered details as well. Complimentary signature little dessert that was just enough to satisfy our after dinner sweet tooth. It was busy but all ran smoothly. We were so impressed!! Ali.

Pleasant atmosphere, attentive servers, delicious food and a little icecream sherbert with cinnamon and sugar tortilla chips for desert. This was our second visit here ans both times it was very good. The carne asada, pollo asado with camarones (shrimp) was very good, served with rice, beans, guacamole, sour cream, pico and choice of flour or corn tortillas and I believe the price was $19.95. It was a lot of food and took a lot home in a to go box. The fajitas are excellent also.

The fajitas were really good! I've only been here once so I can't say much about the overall food experience. The atmosphere is really festive. The place was very clean as well. Service was just right. I wouldn't hesitate to eat here again.

Good food, pass on the margs. I had the Pollo San Antonio and it was very tasty. A sweet and tangy sauce, offset with bacon! Lived in San Antonio for 16 years and can’t say I’ve had anything like it. The margaritas were disappointing- top shelf prices for well drink quality.

This is our favorite Mexican restaurant West of Salem. Great vegetarian options, portion sizes, and the food all taste fresh and great. Highly recommend!

We have lived here now coming on three years. My family and I love this place!!! We always go, it’s our favorite Mexican restaurant around!! The food is always wonderful and they have some dishes we have never been able to get anywhere else, more authentic than most places. Everyone who works here, the family, they are ALL wonderful!! Every time you go in you are created with smiles and nothing but friendly people that make you feel at home. We take everyone here when they come in town too. Can’t say enough great things about this place!!

Gotta disagree with these other reviews I’m seeing...San Antonio, in my experience, is mediocre at best. Been there 3-4 times now, food is always disappointing in some way (bland sauce, burnt meat and vegetables, stale tortillas etc). Service is good-not great, feel like I always have to harass them for my bill, Which is fine in Mexico, but here I wanna get my Burrito and go. I’m done trying them out.
